From 8 to 11 October, in collaboration with the Kunsthaus Graz, we will be presenting Anke Eckardt’s multimedia installation ‘Moreth Anhuman’ at Space04. Three mysterious, amorphous beings, immersed in a dense babble of voices, invite visitors to reflect on cross-species communication. Space04 is their speculative world, a utopia in which different life forms – organic, technological and hybrid – coexist peacefully.

Last week, Susanna Niedermayr, co-curator of ORF musikprotokoll, and Katrin Bucher-Trantow, deputy director and chief curator of the Kunsthaus Graz, met Anke Eckardt at the ORF Mediencampus in Vienna for a conversation lasting around an hour. During this conversation, Bucher-Trantow and Niedermayr were also given a sneak preview of the soundscape of ‘Moreth Anhuman H1N4’.
