Born in Meggenhofen/Upper Austria in 1963, he studied organ (Peter Planyavsky) and composition (Erich Urbanner) at the Vienna University of Music. Works as a composer and musician at the intersection of jazz and contemporary music. Performances at various festivals in Austria and abroad. Works with sound design and live electronics. He has collaborated with Max Nagl, Burkhard Stangl, Thomas Lehn, Hans W. Koch, Katharina Klement, Hannes Löschel, Franz Hautzinger, Jonas Hellborg, Dickson Dee, Aktionstheater Ensemble, and Tanzfabrik Wien, among others.
