A special festival highlight is the Ö1 Klassik-Treffpunkt, which will be broadcast live from the esc medien kunst labor in the centre of Graz on 8 October from 10:05 am. Some of the festival's artists are expected to be Elke Tschaikner's live guests: The director of the renowned vocal ensemble Cantando Admont, the composer Margareta Ferek-Petric, and the media artist Reni Hofmüller.   

From the very beginning, the ORF musikprotokoll in the Styrian autumn was conceived as a media festival whose largest "venue" was and is the radio. The events and concerts of the 55th edition of the festival can be experienced in well over 30 music programmes on Ö1. Listeners all over Austria and beyond will be able to experience musikprotokoll 2022, especially in the Zeit-Ton series, and will be able to listen to it online for seven days after the broadcast dates.
