To protect you from COVID-19 infection, we have created a set of rules that apply to all our venues:

• We ask you not to come to our venues if you experience symptoms of illness or a known Covid-19 infection.
   
• We recommend that you use the online ticket sales for day passes and single tickets. There is still a box office on site.
   
• Preferably register online for events with free admission. You will then have a  seat and it will shorten your waiting time on site.
   
• When you purchase a ticket (via Ö-Ticket) and register (via ORF musikprotokoll) for free events, we record your name and e-mail address. This data is not used for advertising purposes or passed on to third parties for commercial use. This measure is intended to help the competent authority to locate contacts as quickly as possible in the event of infections, in order to prevent the spread of COVID-19. The data will be deleted 28 days after the musikprotokoll festival.
   
• When entering venues in closed rooms, a Covid-19 mask must be worn. This does not apply while you are in your assigned seats. (depending on the status of the austrian Corona-Ampel) At MUMUTH  mask must be worn during the concert. Please bring your own mask with you.
   
• Seats will be allocated at events. The distance rule of 1m applies without restriction and indoors you are obliged to wear a mask. Only individual seats are allocated, no group formations with people (from the same household) sitting directly next to each other are possible.
   
• More information on the current Corona protocol can be found on site. We provide disinfectant dispensers on site. Please also note the information on rules of conduct, signs and markings on site.
   
• In the Helmut List Halle and in the Dom im Berg there is a catering service. Buy your drink vouchers at the respective box office and redeem them at the drinks counter.
   
• There is no cloakroom service at the events.
