Andreas Weixler (*1963, Graz, AUT) studied with Beat Furrer at the KUG in Graz. He is teaching computer music as an associate university professor and director of the Computer Music Studio at the Anton Bruckner Private University and at Interface Culture in Linz as well as at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna. His concepts led to invitations for concerts and lectures in Europe, Asia, North and South America. 2018 Andreas Weixler and Se-Lien Chuang were awarded as the best European piece by the International Computer Music Association for their audiovisual interactive work.
