Ninja Reichert was born in Haltern am See in the Ruhr in 1974, studied German philology as well as history and art history in Münster and acting at the Rostock University of Music and Theatre. She has performed with numerous troupes, including dramagraz, Theater t'eig, Theater Quadrat, TaO, Theater Oberzeiring and at the Graz Opera and Schauspielhaus Graz theatre. Reichert teaches elocution and acting, occasionally also at the Graz University of Music and Performing Arts. She creates the concepts for readings and radio features, lends her voice to documentaries and audio stations in museums and works as a director. In 2018 she was awarded the Ernst Binder scholarship (Graz).
