Everything you see during a performance (including the musicians’ movements, whose theatrical quality often goes unnoticed), all the images you associate can become another layer alongside the music. And it can serve as a starting point for your own visual composition, deriving straight from the music. This is not about duplication, but rather complexity – the result is two ways of viewing the same structure: a visual and an acoustic, a synergetic and synaesthetic change.
