HTBLVA Ortweinschule is a higher technical institute with a long tradition of offering theoretical and practical training in civil engineering and art & design disciplines. Education in the film and multimedia art branch provides advanced technical training that will enable the pupils to plan, design, organise and carry out diverse tasks in all fields of visual and multimedia communication. Apart from the development of technical and artistic skills, special emphasis is placed on a critical and responsible approach to the media. The trained film, TV and multimedia designers will have mastered a wide range of multimedia technologies, in particular in the fields of moving pictures, web design, design for TV, 3-D animation and film-making.
