After the ICAS radio shows from Berlin, Tromsø, Montevideo, Montreal and Graz, ORF (Austrian Broadcasting Corporation ) will broadcast live on the 16th november from Dresden (Germany). ORF Ö1-Zeit-Ton will present the SOCO festival, that will take place for the first time from the 12th-17th december in Montevideo. Susanna Niedermayr and Oliver Baurhenn will meet artists from the CYNETART festival 2012, to discuss the status quo of experimental music.
