After the ICAS radio shows from Berlin and Tromsø, ORF (Austrian Broadcasting Corporation ) will broadcast live on the 16th december from 11.03pm to 2.00am from Montevideo/Uruguay. ORF Ö1-Zeit-Ton will present the SOCO festival, that will take place for the first time from the 12th-17th december in Montevideo. One of the supporters of this brand new festival is the ORF musikprotokoll in the styrian autumn from Graz/Austria.
