*1983, born in Japan, she studied composition, piano and chamber music with Keiko Harada and Michio Mamiya at the Toho Gakuen School of Music, and composition with Beat Furrer at the Graz University of Music and Performing Arts. Her works have been performed at Tokyo Wonder Site, Takefu International Music Festival, Darmstadt International Summer Courses, Hörfest Graz, steirischer herbst, and as part impuls Graz. In 2011 she was artist in residence at Tokyo Wonder Site. Her second opera will be premiered in Graz in 2014.
