Ulrich Höhs

Ulrich Höhs, born in Graz in 1964, was himself a member of the Graz Keplerspatzen and has been their artistic director since 1993. He studied music education, saxophone and English and American studies in Graz and teaches at Keplergymnasium. With the choir, he has performed key works from the choral-orchestral repertoire such as oratorios by Bach, Handel and Mendelssohn, worked with conductors such as Nikolaus Harnoncourt and Philippe Jordan and made guest appearances at festivals such as the Styriarte. In addition to his artistic work, his educational and social work in the close-knit community of the choir is particularly important to him.
