Influenced by experimental music, post-rock and jazz, the Austrian band Radian has forged a style of electronic music that is close to the sound aesthetic of the clicks & cuts genre. The trio was formed in Vienna in 1996 and currently consists of Martin Brandlmayr (drums, vibraphone, sampler & sequencer), Martin Siewert (guitars, lap steel, electronics), John Norman (bass), and Kassian Troyer as sound engineer. Besides belonging to Radian they are all involved in other projects as well.
