*1981, Varaždin (HR), studied at the Zagreb Academy of Music with Željko Brkanović (composition) and Vjekoslav Šutej (conduction), followed by courses and master classes with Klaus Arp and Bertrand de Billy, among others. He is choirmaster at the Croatian National Theatre in Zagreb. As a conductor, he has dedicated himself to the works of contemporary composers from Croatia. He has received a number of prizes for his own compositions, his opera Stribor's Forest had its successful premiere at the Croatian National Theatre Ivan Zajc in Rijeka in 2011.
