Carolina Santiago Martínez is a contemporary music pianist and experimental performer based in Strasbourg. Her artistic profile is marked by researching the musician as an embodied mind and playing unconventional repertoire born from collaborations between composer and performer. As an eclectic new music artist, she performs as soloist and in chamber music groups as Ensemble Linea, L’Imaginaire, Semblance, Syntagma Piano Duo and Regrat Duo. She has performed all around Europe and USA, and she has recorded at Radio France and Ircam, where she collaborated with the versatile and innovative sound artist, composer, and performer Engin Dağlık on his work "A light stung the darkness."
