*1969, Sarajevo (BA), studied composition, musicology, philosophy and sociology in Sarajevo, continued his composition studies with Michael Jarrell (Vienna) and attended a composition course with Beat Furrer und Hans-Peter Kyburz in Graz. Member of the composers' group Gegenklang. In 2001 he co-founded the Society of New Music Sarajevo – SONEMUS. He has been commissioned to write compositions by the Wiener Konzerthausgesellschaft (2000), Konzerthaus Berlin (2001), Collegium Novum Zürich (2002), among others. His works have been performed all over the world.
