Over the last few years, Agnes Hvizdalek has drawn national and international attention to her work, using her voice as an instrument in solo performances, live installations and international collaborations. Her vocal improvisations oscillate between simplicity and fragility, often reminiscent of electronics without the use of auxiliary devices of any kind. She started her musical career in the experimental music scene of Vienna and has been living in Oslo since 2008.
