Marc Weiser is co-founder of the audio-visual duo Rechenzentrum, which he has carried on as a solo artist since the split in 2008. The project is internationally considered as a figurehead of Berlin’s Electronica scene, and has been working at the borderline between club culture and art since more than ten years. Since converting Rechenzentrum into a solo project Marc Weiser has more and more replaced extensive touring by composition projects. Characteristic of Weiser’s work is his intuitive approach to electronic devices, which he harnesses for his particular intentions and creatively employs in different ways.
