Andi Stecher is a Berlin-based drummer and electronic musician. His music is often interspersed with polyrhythmic structures, field recordings, coupled with drones and electroacoustic elements. For his performances Stecher works with different techniques to achieve a fluid combination of drums and electronics in his live sets. Additionally he plays drums in a variety of bands and projects throughout Europe and composes for dance and performance. In June 2015, Andi Stecher’s first solo album austreiben / antreiben was released as a Heart of Noise edition.
